Why do we love pancakes so much?  We dye them different colors, trim them into silly shapes, fill them with fruit, and soak them in syrup.  The humble hotcake is like a blank canvas, just waiting to painted by our dreams.

  And your dreams can come true! On March 8th, start your day off right: with a fresh stack of flapjacks, served up by Student Affairs and Chartwells.  For $5, you'll enjoy pancakes, a dizzying diversity of toppings, and a beverage.  

  Invite your friends!  Treat your colleagues to breakfast!  The more, the merrier - and the greater good you'll do.  Part of each order will benefit the Green River Community College Foundation so that it can award 200+ scholarships each year.  The Foundation also funds faculty excellence, campus improvements, and other vital needs.

  To have a good time for a great cause, you don't need to head over the rainbow - just cross Kennelly Commons to the Lindbloom Center cafeteria.  Who knows?  You might even win a fabulous door prize!  The real reward, though, is helping deserving students to fulfill their dreams at Green River.
